Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 4 oz black coffee (freshly brewed)
  • 1.50 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz partly whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Add the brown sugar to a glass.
  2. Pour in the hot coffee and mix until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add the Irish whiskey and stir again.
  4. Allow the mixture to rest for a few seconds.
  5. Gently pour the partly whipped cream over the back of a warmed spoon to allow it to settle on top of the coffee.
  6. Serve immediately.
