Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz eggnog
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • Grated chocolate and additional chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, vodka, eggnog, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
