Ingredients

  • 2 oz premium gin
  • 5 oz premium Indian tonic water (Fitch & Leedes recommended)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate liquor
  • Fresh mint
  • Chocolate or mint bitters (optional)
  • Dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz premium gin to the glass.
  3. Add a few dashes of chocolate (or mint) bitters to the glass.
