Ingredients

  • 2 oz premium gin
  • 5 oz premium Indian tonic water (Fitch & Leedes recommended)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate liquor
  • Fresh mint
  • Chocolate bitters or mint bitters (optional)
  • Dark chocolate (shaved or grated)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz premium gin, a few dashes of chocolate (or mint) bitters, and 1 tbsp of chocolate liquor.
  3. Top up with 5 oz premium Indian tonic water.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint and shaved or grated dark chocolate.
