  • 4 oz. Prosecco (well chilled)
  • 2 oz. Sparkling Water (well chilled)
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Mint

Instructions

  1. In a large glass, preferably a white wine glass, combine the lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, and sparkling water.
  2. Clap the mint between your hands to release its sweet flavor, then place it in the glass.
