Ingredients
- 1/8 cup oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3/4 cup whisky
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats and water in a bowl or jug, stirring to mix. Cover and let it soak for 24 hours.
- Strain out the oats, pressing against the strainer to extract all liquid.
- Mix honey into the oat liquid.
- Add whisky and stir.
