Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 3/4 cup whisky
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and water in a bowl or jug, stirring to mix. Cover and let it soak for 24 hours.
  2. Strain out the oats, pressing against the strainer to extract all liquid.
  3. Mix honey into the oat liquid.
  4. Add whisky and stir.
  5. Add cream and stir (optional).
