Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 3 tbsp half and half
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Spiced Rum
  • 1 tbsp Brandy
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
