Ingredients
- 1 fresh large egg
- 2 tablespoons fine sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 tablespoon white rum
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (fresh)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- Crack the fresh egg into a blender and blend on low speed for about 30 seconds.
- While the blender is running, gradually add the fine sugar and blend for an additional 20 seconds.
- Turn off the blender and add the heavy cream, whole milk, white rum, bourbon, nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend on medium speed until all the ingredients are well combined, approximately 10-15 seconds.
- Refrigerate the eggnog with the lid secured overnight or for up to three days.
