Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz aonori-infused High West Silver oat whiskey
  • 1 oz Cappelletti aperitif
  • 1/2 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Dolin dry vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Clear Creek Pear eau-de-vie

Instructions

  1. Combine the infused whiskey, Cappelletti aperitif, blanc vermouth, dry vermouth, and pear eau-de-vie in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a Nick & Nora glass.
  4. For the aonori-infused High West Silver oat whiskey: Mix 750 milliliters of High West Silver oat whiskey with 10 grams of aonori, let it sit for 15 minutes, then strain it back into the bottle. This infused whiskey can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
