Hazy Hearth Hot Toddy

This hot Irish whiskey drink, known as the Hums of Aisling, is the creation of New York City mixologist Pamela Wiznitzer. With the warmth of Irish whiskey and apple brandy, the gentle bitterness of Amaro Montenegro, and the comforting spice of cinnamon syrup, this cocktail is perfect for sipping on a bitter-cold day. The combination of citrus and bitters adds a refreshing twist to this cozy beverage, making it a delightful choice for warming up during chilly evenings.
