Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cream of Coconut
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tbsp Full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Guava marmalade
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/16 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/16 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Puerto Rican aged rum
  • Shredded coconut and guava marmalade for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on low speed for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a glass container for storage.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for better flavor.
  5. Before serving, give the bottle a good shake.
  6. Garnish the glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before pouring.
