Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cream of Coconut
- 1 1/2 tbsp Evaporated Milk
- 2 tbsp Full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Guava marmalade
- 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/16 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Puerto Rican aged rum
- Shredded coconut and guava marmalade for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on low speed for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a glass container for storage.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for better flavor.
- Before serving, give the bottle a good shake.
- Garnish the glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before pouring.
