Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pink peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 1/2 ounces guava nectar
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce dry curaçao
  • A couple dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  • Pink peppercorns for floating on top

Instructions

  1. Grind the pink peppercorns in a spice grinder and combine them with coarse salt on a plate.
  2. Rub the rim of a rocks-style glass with a lime wedge and dip the rim in the peppercorn salt. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Mix guava nectar, lime juice, dry curaçao, bitters, and tequila in a shaker or stirring glass.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Float a few pink peppercorns on top of the drink.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
