Guava Peppercorn Margarita Crush
A zesty and flavorful margarita with guava nectar, lime juice, and a hint of pink peppercorn heat.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pink peppercorns
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 1 1/2 ounces guava nectar
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce dry curaçao
- A couple dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
- Pink peppercorns for floating on top
Instructions
- Grind the pink peppercorns in a spice grinder and combine them with coarse salt on a plate.
- Rub the rim of a rocks-style glass with a lime wedge and dip the rim in the peppercorn salt. Fill the glass with ice.
- Mix guava nectar, lime juice, dry curaçao, bitters, and tequila in a shaker or stirring glass.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Float a few pink peppercorns on top of the drink.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
