Green Goddess Bloody Mary

Green Goddess Bloody Mary
A refreshing and vibrant green Bloody Mary featuring tomatillos, cucumber, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- Celery salt, for rimming the glass
- 1 1/2 oz. Death's Door Vodka
- 4 oz. Green Bay Bloody Blend
- 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Garnish: cornichon, lengthwise slice of cucumber, and celery stalk
- 1 1/4 lb. cucumber
- 10 oz. tomatillos
- 10 freshly parsley leaves
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 oz. green Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Rim half of a cider or pint glass with celery salt.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients except the garnish.
- Roll the ingredients back and forth with another shaker 3 times.
- Fill the half-rimmed glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a cornichon, a lengthwise cucumber slice, and a celery stalk.
- To make the Green Bay Bloody Blend, blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then refrigerate for up to 1 week.
