Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp instant coffee (Nescafe)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Milk (to taste)
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 8.50 fl oz cold water
  • Drinking straw
  • Frappe mixer
  • "Sketos": 1-2 tsp instant coffee and cold water
  • "Metrios": 1-2 tsp instant coffee, 1-2 tsp sugar
  • "Glykos": 1-2 tsp instant coffee, 2-4 tsp sugar
  • "Me gala": 1 tbsp evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, combine instant coffee, sugar, and a small amount of cold water.
  2. Use an electric whizzer to blend the mixture until it forms a thick, creamy foam.
  3. Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
  4. Add ice cubes and evaporated milk, if desired.
  5. Fill up the glass with cold water and serve with a drinking straw.
