Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Additional cold water
- Cold milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a frappé shaker, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and 1/4 cup of cold water.
- Seal the shaker and vigorously shake to create a thick froth.
- Pour the froth over the ice cubes in a glass.
- Fill the shaker with a little more cold water, swish it around, and then pour it into the glass.
- Add additional cold water as desired, leaving room for milk if preferred.
- Add a straw and enjoy.
