Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz rum
- 1/2 oz brandy
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Separate the egg white and yolk into two separate bowls.
- Beat the egg white until stiff and set aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the egg yolk and beat until it becomes light yellow. Set aside.
