Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz rum
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg white and yolk into two separate bowls.
  2. Beat the egg white until stiff and set aside.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the egg yolk and beat until it becomes light yellow. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with the remaining tablespoon of sugar until it holds soft peaks.
  5. In a large glass jar, combine the beaten egg whites, egg yolks, whipped cream, milk, bourbon, rum, brandy, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Store the mixture in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally, and let it sit for at least one week before serving.
