Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- 1 1/2 oz cognac
- 1 1/2 oz aged rum
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 farm fresh eggs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- a pinch of salt
- a dash of freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Separate the eggs.
