Ingredients
- 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, finely crushed
- 2 oz gingerbread syrup, plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming
- 1 1/5 ounces crème de coco liqueur
- Dillons Ginger bitters
- 2 to 3 ounces half and half cream
- Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Rim a cocktail glass with gingerbread syrup, then dip into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs. Add 2 ice cubes to the glass.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gingerbread syrup, crème de cocoa, a few dashes of ginger bitters, and cream. Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Gently dust the top with cocoa powder.
