Ingredients

  • 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, finely crushed
  • 2 oz gingerbread syrup, plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming
  • 1 1/5 ounces crème de coco liqueur
  • Dillons Ginger bitters
  • 2 to 3 ounces half and half cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in gingerbread syrup and then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs. Carefully add 2 ice cubes.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gingerbread syrup, crème de cocoa, 2 dashes of ginger bitters, and cream. Shake well and strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
  3. Gently sift cocoa powder on top.
