  • 1.50 oz Burleighs export strength gin
  • 0.75 oz Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • optional: 1 egg white
  • 0.33 oz sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, and sugar syrup with ice.
  2. Shake the ingredients well.
  3. Remove the ice, and shake the mixture again.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
  5. Optionally, add a twist of lemon zest for garnish.
