Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup rice milk
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes
  • 2-3 drops Blue gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, rice milk, passion fruit juice, watermelon, pineapple, lime juice, coconut cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
