Ingredients
- 3 oz rosé wine (choose a fruity rosé like grenache or moscato)
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen peaches
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp water
- 3/4 oz raspberry vodka (optional)
- 1 cup ice
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the rosé into a 9x13 glass dish and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the raspberries, peaches, sugar, and water. Bring the mixture to a light boil for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir the mixture well to break up some of the fruit. Then, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher, discarding the solids. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
- Remove the frozen rosé from the freezer and use a fork to scrape it into a blender. Add the raspberry peach syrup, vodka (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth, adding more ice if needed for a thicker texture.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, garnish with fresh raspberries, and serve.
