Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Bacardi Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron
  • 3/4 ounces lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and vigorously dry-shake without ice.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass, using a fine mesh strainer to remove any small ice chips.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
