Ingredients

  • 2 oz Zero proof whiskey
  • 2 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz zero proof whiskey, 2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 1 egg white without adding ice.
  2. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to create a frothy texture.
  3. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again for 30-45 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Remove the lid and double strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine strainer into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a slice of lemon.
