Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Heavy cream
  • 3 dashes Orange flower water
  • Club soda (to top)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker without ice, combine the gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, equal parts of lemon and lime juices, orange flower water, and egg white.
  2. Dry-shake the ingredients vigorously until well combined.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
  5. Pour club soda gently inside the edge of the shaker to loosen the remaining froth, and then add it to the drink.
  6. Serve and enjoy the frothy citrus delight!
