Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 Egg white
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Heavy cream
- 3 dashes Orange flower water
- Club soda (to top)
Instructions
- Combine gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, equal parts lemon and lime juices, orange flower water, and egg white into a shaker WITHOUT ICE.
- Dry-shake the mixture until well combined.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture into a Highball glass.
- Pour club soda inside the edge of the shaker to loosen remaining froth, then gently add it to the drink.
- Serve and enjoy!
