Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 splash Cointreau
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, vigorously whisk two eggs until frothy.
  2. Slowly add sugar and continue to whisk until the sugar is incorporated.
  3. Add milk, cream, bourbon, and Cointreau. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
