  • 1 oz white chocolate liquor
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz half and half
  • 2 tbsp peppermint ice cream
  • 1/8 cup crushed ice
  • grenadine
  • whipped cream
  • crushed peppermint candy canes
  • white chocolate for melting

Instructions

  1. Blend white chocolate liquor and peppermint schnapps in a blender.
  2. Add half and half, peppermint ice cream, and crushed ice, then blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle grenadine into the mixture.
  4. Spread crushed candy canes on a plate.
  5. Melt white chocolate and use it to wet the rim of a martini glass.
  6. Dip the glass into the crushed candy canes.
  7. Slowly pour the drink mix into the glass until it's about two-thirds full.
