Ingredients

  • 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 7-up or Sprite for mixing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. In a gallon container, combine the cranberry juice, 2 cups of water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate.
  3. Stir in the dissolved gelatin water.
  4. Cover the container and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze completely, which may take 12 to 18 hours.
  5. After the mixture starts to freeze and becomes slushy (around 4 to 6 hours), stir it to prevent the vodka from settling at the bottom.
  6. To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 of 7-up or Sprite. Stir well to combine.
