Ingredients
- 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 oz. vodka
- 7-up or Sprite for mixing
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
- In a gallon container, combine the cranberry juice, 2 cups of water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate.
- Stir in the dissolved gelatin water.
- Cover the container and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze completely, which may take 12 to 18 hours.
- After the mixture starts to freeze and becomes slushy (around 4 to 6 hours), stir it to prevent the vodka from settling at the bottom.
- To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 of 7-up or Sprite. Stir well to combine.
