A frozen milk punch cocktail with bourbon, vanilla, and a splash of coffee – a decadent twist on a classic.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 oz bourbon
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the whole milk, half-and-half, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, bourbon, cooled brewed coffee, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the freezer until slushy, around 3 hours.
- Stir the mixture and pour into chilled glass mugs or tall glasses.
- Top each serving with a grating of nutmeg.
