Ingredients

  • 2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 2 oz Vanilla Rum
  • 2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Ice
  • 5 oz Sprite (or other Lemon-Lime Soda)
  • Maraschino Cherry, for garnish, optional
  • Simple Syrup
  • Candy Cane, crushed

Instructions

  1. Pour some simple syrup into a shallow dish and the crushed candy canes into another dish.
  2. Roll the rim of the glass into the syrup and then dip it into the crushed candy canes. Set aside.
  3. Place the peppermint schnapps, vanilla rum, and blue curaçao into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes and top up with Sprite.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry if using.
