Frosty Berry Rosé Slush
A refreshing and frosty cocktail made with fresh strawberries, rosé wine, and a hint of liquor, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rosé wine
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1.50 oz simple syrup (or 4 tbsp honey, adjust to taste)
- 2 oz Aperol, Lillet Blanc, or Grand Marnier
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, rosé, simple syrup or honey, Aperol or other liquor, lemon juice, and crushed ice.
- Blend until liquified.
- Place the pitcher in the freezer and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Scrape the icy mixture from around the blender blades and add up to 5 oz more of rosé to thin and help get the blender blades moving.
- Blend, pulsing if needed and adding more rosé as needed to loosen the mixture.
- Serve right away or store in a container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
