  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
  • Garnish: grated cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Begin by separating the egg into two bowls.
  2. Use a hand mixer to beat the egg yolk until it becomes creamy.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg white with 1 teaspoon of sugar until soft peaks form.
