Ingredients

  • 1 oz Wheatley Vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Crushed candy canes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place crushed candy canes on a small plate to create a thin layer.
  2. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass and dip it into the crushed candy canes to garnish the rim. Set aside.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add all the ingredients except the crushed candy canes.
  5. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or until the outside frosts.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.
