Ingredients
- 1.88 oz cream of coconut
- 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1.50 oz evaporated milk
- 0.25 oz water
- 0.21 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.13 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.06 tsp ground cloves
- 1 oz rum
Instructions
- Place the cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, water, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and cloves in a blender.
- Cover the blender and blend until all ingredients are well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture until thoroughly chilled, for a minimum of four hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the cocktail to thicken.
- Before serving, stir in the rum.
- Serve the Coquito in a chilled shot glass or a small glass, as it is a rich and decadent cocktail.
