Ingredients

  • 1.88 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 0.25 oz water
  • 0.21 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.13 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.06 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 oz rum

Instructions

  1. Place the cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, water, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and cloves in a blender.
  2. Cover the blender and blend until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture until thoroughly chilled, for a minimum of four hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the cocktail to thicken.
  4. Before serving, stir in the rum.
  5. Serve the Coquito in a chilled shot glass or a small glass, as it is a rich and decadent cocktail.
