Ingredients

  • 2 oz French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • 2.50 oz Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 tbsp Canned Coconut Cream (the solid part at the top of the can)
  • 2 cups of Ice
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Add French vanilla coffee creamer, Somrus coffee cream liqueur, honey or simple syrup, dark rum, canned coconut cream, and ice to a blender.
  2. Use the crush ice setting and blend until the consistency is smooth and similar to a frappuccino.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
