Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hendricks Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Pinch of salt
  • Edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur in one half of a shaker.
  2. Separate an egg white and add it to the shaker.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt into the shaker to enhance the citrus flavors.
  4. Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker and close the top.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds or until frothy.
  6. Using a coupe glass with a small strainer set on top, strain the drink into the glass.
