Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hendricks Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Pinch of salt
  • Edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur in one half of a shaker.
  2. Separate the egg white from the yolk and add it to the shaker.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt into the shaker to enhance the citrus flavors.
  4. Add a generous handful of ice and seal the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds or until the mixture becomes frothy.
  6. Strain the drink into a coupe glass using a small strainer.
  7. Garnish with edible flowers and enjoy!
