Ingredients
- 2 oz Hendricks Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz fresh orange juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of salt
- Edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur in one half of a shaker.
- Separate the egg white from the yolk and add it to the shaker.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt into the shaker to enhance the citrus flavors.
- Add a generous handful of ice and seal the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds or until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Strain the drink into a coupe glass using a small strainer.
- Garnish with edible flowers and enjoy!
