Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. Gin
  • 1.50 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 0.75 oz. Club Soda
  • 0.50 oz. Lime Juice
  • 0.50 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 drops Orange Flower Water
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Fine or Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a Boston shaker filled with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously until thoroughly combined and frothy.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled Collins glass, without adding ice.
  4. Do not add any garnish.
