Ingredients

  • 2-3 oz sparkling water (plain or Italian mineral water work well)
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fig vanilla syrup
  • 0.50 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 rosemary sprig (for garnish)
  • 1 sliced fig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a low- or high-ball glass, pour in the vodka, fig vanilla syrup, and Meyer lemon juice.
  2. Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add plenty of ice to the glass.
  4. Top the glass with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a sliced fig and a sprig of rosemary.
