Ingredients

  • 2 oz cucumber vodka
  • 1 oz blood orange juice
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz blood orange olive oil
  • 1/2 celery sprig
  • Ice
  • Splash of soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle chopped celery inside a mixing tin.
  2. Add blood orange olive oil after the celery is muddled.
  3. Pour in lime juice and simple syrup.
  4. Add 2 oz cucumber vodka.
  5. Add ice to the mixing tin.
  6. Shake well and strain over fresh ice.
  7. Add a splash of soda.
  8. Garnish with a celery sprig.
