Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Juice (chilled)
  • 2 tbsp 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 2 tbsp Vodka
  • 1 tbsp Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 1/4 cup Ginger Ale
  • 1/2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • Dash of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Orange (sliced)
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Rosemary Sprig

Instructions

  1. If making simple syrup, combine sugar, lemon juice, and water in a small pot over low heat. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. In a pitcher or punch bowl, mix the juices, vodka, triple sec, and simple syrup. Chill if needed.
  3. Add ice and fresh ginger ale just before serving.
  4. Garnish individual glasses with orange slices, pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of rosemary.
