Ingredients

  • 3 oz Half and Half
  • 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
  • Extra Chocolate Syrup for Glass

Instructions

  1. (Optional) Coat the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup.
  2. Fill a martini shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add 2 shots of half and half to the shaker.
  4. Pour in 1 shot of vanilla vodka.
  5. Add 1/2 shot of peppermint schnapps to the shaker.
  6. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  7. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 45-60 seconds.
  8. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
