Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz The Duppy Share rum
  • 1 oz ginger beer (Fever Tree Ginger Beer)
  • 0.30 oz ginger wine
  • 0.70 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.50 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.35 oz fresh ginger, chopped or grated
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Prosecco (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop or grate the fresh ginger, then muddle it with lime juice and honey in a shaker glass.
  2. Add the rum, cranberry juice, and ginger wine to the glass, then shake well.
  3. Sieve the mixture into a champagne coupe or flute over ice, and top up with either ginger beer or prosecco.
  4. Finish by dusting the cocktail with grated nutmeg.
