Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • Orange slices, cranberries, and/or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the frozen orange juice concentrate.
  3. Instead of adding water, measure and pour in the ginger ale.
  4. Add the cranberry juice and pineapple juice to the pitcher, then stir well to mix the frozen juice concentrate into the mixture.
  5. Serve the punch over ice, and garnish with fresh fruit as desired.
