Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • garnish: lime slice, frozen cranberries, and rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and lime zest.
  2. Wet the rim of a champagne flute with water or lime juice.
  3. Dip the wet rim in the sugar-lime mixture to coat it.
  4. Pour 2 oz of cranberry juice into the flute.
  5. Top with 3 oz of champagne.
