Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional, for a sweeter margarita)
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar (for serving (optional))
  • 3 cranberries (fresh or frozen, for serving (optional))
  • 1 star anise (for serving (optional))

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine cranberry juice, tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, and agave nectar (if using), and adjust sweetness to taste.
  2. Place the white sugar on a small rimmed plate. Roll the cranberries in the sugar, tap off excess, and skewer them in sets of 3 on toothpicks.
