Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz creme de cocoa
  • 2 tbsp half and half
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups half and half, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a light boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, discard the cinnamon sticks and cloves, and store any leftover creamer in the fridge.
  4. To make the cocktail, pour 1 cup of hot brewed coffee into a mug.
  5. Add the coffee liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, and creme de cocoa. Stir to combine.
  6. Add desired amount of the spiced creamer and stir again.
  7. Top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
