Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 1/2 Baileys (mini or about 1/8 cup)
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a lid, pour milk and shake vigorously until foamy.
  2. Remove the lid and microwave the jar for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a small glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
  4. Split the Baileys evenly and pour into the glass.
  5. Hold back the foam with a spoon and pour a little milk into the glass.
  6. Add spoonfuls of the foam on top of the latte.
  7. Optionally, add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top.
  8. Stir to combine and enjoy!
