Ingredients
- 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
- 1/2 Baileys (mini or about 1/8 cup)
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup ice
- Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a jar with a lid, pour milk and shake vigorously until foamy.
- Remove the lid and microwave the jar for 15 seconds.
- Fill a small glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
- Split the Baileys evenly and pour into the glass.
- Hold back the foam with a spoon and pour a little milk into the glass.
- Add spoonfuls of the foam on top of the latte.
- Optionally, add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top.
- Stir to combine and enjoy!
