Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3-4 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 2 teaspoons Musselman's Apple Butter
  • 2 strips apple peel
  • 1/2 ounce club soda
  • 2 1/2 ounces bourbon (We recommend 4 Roses or Bulleit)
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. In a glass, place the sugar cube, bitters, Musselman's Apple Butter, and apple peels along with the club soda. Muddle the ingredients in the glass.
  2. Add ice to the glass, then pour in the bourbon. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
